She's on a roll!

Sweet Jane, growing so fast! On Valentines' Day she rolled over for the first time from back to front.  I think it scared her for a minute, but then she was all giggles.

Look at that ab strength!  You go girl!

I couldn't resist....

Brent's aunt and uncle, Tobin and Randy, bought Jane the sweetest little outfit for Christmas.  Like any good parent, they bought it a little big so she could grow into it.  And she has!  I was so excited to put her in it and see how it looked....so of course a photo shoot followed.  I couldn't resist.  :)  I warn you, each picture is sweeter than the one before.  God is so good to give us this little blessing, she has enriched our lives and filled our hearts!

Soooo....what so rascally boys do while girls play dress up?
It got suddenly quiet...this is how we found their room.  We peeked in the closet and found....

HAHAHAHA!  Brent's face says it all.  Love my boys. They too remind me of God's grace to me....even when I tend to 'make a mess' of things!

Day of luuuv!

Well, it is Valentine's Day...or as we call it "Love Day".  We like to spend the day celebrating God's love for us and the way His perfect sacrifice on the cross and resurrection from the grave enables us to love as well.  So to have a fun way to be together, we took the kids to Chuck E Cheese.  Nothing says "I love you" like a good slice of pizza and video games!
Jane had a blast too!  Lady's first Love Day.  :)

Girl trip to the potty!  ;)
 Peter flew the helicopter....
HAHA!  I just had to post this pic.  It is just a sweet picture of Mama and Peter playing ball....and in the back ground is J-man just going for the gold!

 Rockin' the Fun Dip....

Farewell, old friend......and "N" is for noodle necklaces

Well, a dear family member is with is no more.  The Millennium Falcon, our minivan of the past three years broke down and was unable to be repaired.  I'm sure to some it is silly to have attachment to a car...but I tend to see them as family.  :)  So, we will miss you, old girl...thank you for all the vacations, for bringing two of my children home from the hospital, for all the drive-in movies and trips to church.  The McDonald's drive through just wont be the same without you!
On another note, Peter and I are studying the letter "N" this week...so we made noodle necklaces!  Here is our process:
You need baggies, food coloring, rubbing alcohol and pasta of your choice.  I chose the biggest I could find.
Then combine 1 cup pasta, 1/2 alcohol, and desired amount of coloring to the baggie.

Let the baggies sit a few hours(on a plate to catch the excess coloring) and turn them every 30 min or so to get coloring even.  Then dry on paper towels over night.
In the morning, string them on ribbon or yarn.  (side note, I found that taping down one end of the string was REALLY helpful!)

Then tie it up and show it off!

So fun.  They wore them to lunch and even made a few for some friends.  Ta-da!  :)
