Happy Thanksgiving!

So many things to be thankful for this season. We had a very eventful week....my sister, my mom, my aunt and Justin were all in the emergency room within a few days of each other. We had two incidents with the van and Doug had an accident with the weed eater eating his leg instead of the weeds. Everyone is fine now, praise the Lord! Mom has a broken foot and Justin has stitches, but we are all on the mend. I am so thankful for the reminder that we are all such fragile beings that rely on a good and sovereign God. What a timely reminder to love and cherish our sweet family. We are so in need of His grace all the time and I think we tend to forget just what a blessing those "uneventful" days are! GG singing Peter a song as they rocked, such a sweet picture.
Getting things ready to eat at the Osterberg's house....turkey carving and sweet potato mashing!

Peter and Uncle Marty had a great time "fighting" like men. :)

On to my parent's house....and their big pile of leaves! We had such a blast playing in the fall foliage!

Geromino!!

Aunt Jessica got to come down from Ft Worth too! Yay for outside pictures!

Making dinner with Jessica....we took over the kitchen this year to give Mom and Diane a break. So fun to get to spend time in the kitchen with my girl! :)

Brent got to carve his first ever turkey!! Such a milestone in his life....hehe.

After dinner we all just relaxed....I love this pic for many reasons, but do you see Justin's little face in the back ground? :) So cute. And Peter is getting to be such a big boy!

Even a broken foot didn't slow Gramma down on Black Friday! We still got out and scored some great deals. :D
