Houston bound

This past week we took Peter down to Houston to be with Brent's family. On the way down there we were able to stop and introduce Peter to more of my family including my aunt Diane, cousin Sara and husband Frank, and their three kiddos. The whole week was such a blessing to be able to be around people who love us so much and have them get to know Peter. One of the nights we were down there, Brent's parents, Doug and Nancy, gave a party in Peter's honor so he could meet all the people who have been praying for him all these months. :) It was a great time of fellowship, family and friends. We feel so blessed to have the friends and family that God has given to us. Between Brent's family, my family, church family, and everyone in between, we know that we are loved and prayed for. We count each and every one of you as living proof to how God enables us to love one another. All of you mean so much to us and we thank God for such a thing as family and friends! Praise the Lord!!

Peter was such a good baby while he was traveling - he had a lot of excitement! He went swimming, bowling, watched catfish, saw puppy dogs, went to the movies, saw an airport, and got lots of attention! When he got back home he was a little cranky because he missed all the excitement, but he's adjusting back to normal.
