Sa-wing, Batta!
Peter has gotten a few little baseball outfits - isn't he adorable?! We think he may be the next great baseball player - move over Barry Bonds, Osterberg is up to bat!!
He is getting better at "tummy time", although he still starts to squeal after about five minutes. :) We are having a great week so far. We were able to see Brent's sister, who was in town at a convention and we have been able to just enjoy being home. Peter is becoming more alert and no matter how hard he is crying, if you step outside he immedeatly stops and looks around. The Lord is being so gracious to us. Brent and I were discussing last night how we even count our trials as blessings. In the ladies fellowship at church I am reading a book called "The steadfast heart" by Elyse Fitzpatrick. What an awesome read! If you are enduring a trial I highly recommend this book. Even if you are not faced with something right now, I still recommend reading it so your heart will be prepared when that next trial does come. I do not think that we have any great trial in our lives at the moment, but it is sometimes MORE benificial to speak the truth to your heart and mind when you are trial-free and more able to pay attention with a calm spirit. One of the wonderful things that the author brings up is that during a time of burden, you should not pray for release from the load, but rather for a stronger back. Praise the Lord for His enduring faithfulness and love toward us - especially love that gives discipline!
