"My num...Pudder!"

One of the newest things is that Peter now says his own name...you have to listen carefully, but he calls himself "Pudder". So adorable!

Hi everybody! Hope all is well...we are doing great! We have three weeks and one day until the arrival of baby o and we are trying to have fun and relax as much as possible. Here are just a few fun photos. Love you all! ...playing in the grass after Brent just mowed...so silly

Yeah! I am actually seeing some tomatoes in my veggie garden...can't wait to eat 'em! :)

....and jalapenos too! My basil, cilantro and rosemary are also doing quite well...no bell peppers or snap peas yet, but the plants look good. The only thing that is not really doing well is thyme. It is green, but not growing at any fast rate.

Peter was being so quiet in the car....I looked back afraid he was asleep and would therefore miss nap time and I saw him reading! How cute! I hope he loves books as much as his parents do!

We have been taking Peter to the community pool that we are members of...he is doing really well. He will jump off the side and he is learning to kick his legs and blow bubbles.

...getting ready to jump in!

He still wants to keep his mouth wide open. That can't taste good!

After a good swim nothing beats a nice cold icecream sundae from Sonic! Yumo!

When I couldn't find Peter the other day I went into the laundry room and found this.....I guess everyone just needs a little privacy sometimes. :)

Last trips

Well, the count down to Baby O #2 has begun. We have 4 weeks and 4 days from today. Therefore, We are trying to take some opportunities to see our families for one last visit before we become a quartet. :) This pic doesn't really have anything to do with anything else...just thought it was cute. This is at the zoo.
Peter and I went to see Grandma and Papa Jon two weekends ago and they took us to one of our most favorite spots...Moody Gardens. Peter loves it there! (And please don't think that we are in the habit of putting our kid on a leash...Moody Gardens just has some dangerous bridges and drop offs that I chose not to battle him with.)

It was the first weekend of "Dinosaurs Alive!" - a really cool exhibit with moving dinos!

Peter wasn't too sure about the dinosaurs, but he loved the little play ones that the grandparents bought for him. :)

Yikes - they were huge!

We got to see some more of my side of the family at church on Sunday. Here are my cousin's kids - Simeon, Moriah, Elijah and little Azariah - and my Aunt and Uncle. It was so good to get the family together for lunch! We loved seeing everybody!

This past weekend we went to San Antonio with Brent's family. We stayed at a resort there that had its own river and man-made beach.

Just tubin'. Peter was scared at first, but he warmed up to it. :)

The River Walk is where Brent and I took our Honeymoon. It was good to go back and see it again.

We ate lunch on the River Walk at Casa Rio - yummy salsa!

You can't go to San Antonio without going to the Alamo!

Nothing beats a breakfast of muffins and poptarts!

It was nice to get in the water. At 34 weeks pregnant, it was nice to float. ;)

Hello everybody! Time for another blog posting! We are hopefully getting our new computer soon, so I will make blogging a priority in the near future...don't give up on me! :) The latest is that we had a water day in the back yard and then took Peter to the zoo again. It is so wonderful having zoo passes and going whenever we want - thanks again Grandma and Papa Jon! Peter loves to play in the water...he would do it for hours..... How do boys just know how to shoot a gun without any instruction? Water guns are so much fun.

Peter loves to play "rocketship" and go "up high". :)

Peter got me soaked as I tried for a picture.

At the zoo, the gorilla game right up to the glass to sit by Peter. He thought it was very interesting.

In the wagon. I think he associates the zo with the wagon because he gets out of the car asking for it.
